Cover is especially useful if you have applications installed that need periodic updates, such as CMS or e-commerce.

What's the catch?

There isn't, your only obligation is to ensure you are in credit before requesting support and that you have sufficient credits to cover the work.

How much does it cost?

You need at least one credit. Each credit is £20.00.

How do I know how much credit I've used?

When you use the Support package you will be notified how much you have left, or if you do not have sufficient to cover the help requested you will advised how much you need to top up by.

What do I save?

You save 20% off the usual charge. The pay-as-you-go charge is £35.00 per hour with a £15.00 minimum charge.
