Setting up an email account
WebMagic does not support technical issues with mail accounts other than those arising with the supplied WebMail box. WebMagic does however provide documentaion for setting up POP3 Mailboxes in Outlook Express, Outlook and Apple Mail.
Additional help is available by logging into your Control Panel and using the help database available there by clicking the help button in the task bar.
If you have an email problem please ensure you do the following prior to raising a support ticket.
- Log into your WebMail box and send to and from there to establish if it is working.
- Ensure you note any error messages, preferably send us a screen shot.
- Shut down your computer
- Power down your router for at least a minute
- Restart and re-test your system
Without this information we will be unable to progress your support request.
